Panoramic view pick-up device and method

A panoramic image capturing device comprises a shell body, a wide angle reflection mirror and a support; wherein the wide angle reflection mirror is arranged at the top end of the shell body, and the support is used to fix the shell body. A plurality of adjustable platforms are arranged on the support, and an image capturing unit is arranged in the adjustable platforms. The image capturing unit is focused at the wide angle reflection mirror to capture a panoramic image, and the image capturing unit can be moved with a plurality of degrees of freedom via the adjustable platforms, thereby adjusting a vision region of the panoramic image.
