The communication equipment comprises N service processing units and M signaling access units, wherein N and M are natural numbers; the signaling access units messages transmitted by peripheral equipment of the logic control class communication equipment and the messages carry node identifications of the service processing units; if the messages do not carry the node identifications of the service processing units, a service processing unit is selected according to the principle of load balancing; or if the messages carry node identifications of the service processing units, then the corresponding service processing unit is selected according to the node identifications of the service processing units, which are carried by the messages; then the messages are forwarded to the selected service processing units and the selected service processing unit processes the messages.
