Research on the Evaluation Focus of Bus Drivers’ Safety Capability

Bus drivers have been a great concern because of the particularity of their work. Based on the survey data of 973 drivers in Jinan Second Bus Company, this paper analyzes the driver’s basic situation, personality factors, safe driving attitude, safe driving behavior, job satisfaction, and job burnout. And at the same time, this paper analyzes the differences in safety attitude, safety behavior, and personality characteristics of drivers with different safety types, and establishes the regression model with the driver safety type as the result variable, the safety behavior and the security attitude as the forecast variable. Through the prediction of the regression model, the driver is divided into different security types, so as to guide the safety-related work.
