The invention provides a molding technology and a molding tool of a composite material J-shaped stiffened wallboard. The tool comprises a plate frame type skin forming film, a J-shaped rib paving mold and a truss. The truss is arranged above the plate frame type skin forming film, the butt-joint structural manner of one half male mold and one half female mold is adopted in the J-shaped rib paving mold, and the female mold of the J-shaped rib paving mold serves as a positioning block and is mounted on the truss through a plug pin; and the male die is an expansion rubber core mold. The problems that a large stiffened wallboard is difficult to mold, and R-corner defects and rib deflection exist are solved, and meanwhile, the whole intensity and the rigidity of a composite material product are improved.
