Status with Development and Production of Equipment for the UNK (The Role of Industry)

The IHEP Accelerating and Storage Complex project (UNK)1–5 envisions the possibility of accelerating protons up to 3 TeV with the beam extracted onto the fixed target and with the beam in a colliding mode. The first stage, incorporating the 3-TeV machine with the system extracting the beam onto the fixed target, is presently under construction.
