The design and construction of water sampling equipment, particularly soil throughflow collectors, suitable for acid deposition studies

1995
In a study of processes leading to surface water acidification it has been necessary to measure the changes in water and element fluxes through the various vegetation and soil components at a range of sites. This has required the modification of some existing sampling techniques and the design and construction of new equipment, in particular to measure soil water throughflow.
