Thinking of Emergency Reporting and China's Discourse Power in International Community

Discourse power in the international community is a"soft power"that countries all over the world,especially new emerging countries spare no effort to obtain,which mainly involves the voice of emergency reporting.Facing the"hegemonic discourse"of Western countries,we should actively strive for a bigger say in the international community.Confronted with many difficulties and obstacles,we must be able to seize the opportunities where we should take the initiative of reporting incidents to make China's voice heard internationally.
