Clinical significance of the total proteolytic activity of blood in hemorrhage
1995
A new method for assessment of the total proteolytic activity of the blood is offered. It was tried in examinations of patients with hemorrhages; its results adequately reflect the degree of blood loss and severity of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication. The method is simple and reliable, and hence may be widely used in laboratory diagnostic practice.
