The article focuses on the conceptual analysis of the term “sovereignty”. The corpus of texts of an advisory proceedings by the International Court of Justice about the Kosovo case was used as a basis for this analysis. The methodology of the analysis follows the scheme proposed by Ludmilla Babenko.
