The relationship between thickness of water tank and fluid response under earthquake

This paper is to analyze the dynamic response of water in the tank excited by the acceleration of earthquake using ANSYS,considering the interaction between water and tank.Through comparing the wall thickness's influence on the sloshing height at different depths of water,it is concluded that the increasing of the wall's thickness has no influence on the sloshing height when it has reached the certain thickness.In this case,it is considered the wall is absolutely rigid.
