The invention relates to a method and a system for realizing business migration among radio network controllers (RNC) of different manufacturers. The method comprises the following steps: 1. dividing a business into a R99 real-time business, a R99 non-real time business, a high speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) business, a high speed uplink packet access (HSUPA) business, a R99 real-time and R99 non-real time concurrent business and a high speed packet access (HSPA) and R99 real-time concurrent business; 2. aiming at the R99 real-time business, migrating the R99 real-time business to a drift radio network controller (DRNC) from the SRNC through Iur interface switching by a service radio network controller (SRNC); aiming at the HSDPA business, the R99 non-real time business and the R99 real-time and R99 non-real time concurrent business, carrying out Iur interface switching and direct signaling connection reestablishment (DSCR) by the SRNC in sequence to migrate the HSDPA business, the R99 non-real time business or the R99 real-time and R99 non-real time concurrent business to the DRNC from the SRNC; and aiming at the HSUPA business and the HSPA and R99 real-time concurrent business, returning an HSPA business in the HSUPA business or the HSPA and R99 real-time concurrent business to the R99 non-real time business by the SRNC, carrying out Iur interface switching and then carrying out the DSCR, thereby migrating the HSUPA business or the HSPA and R99 real-time concurrent business to the DRNC from the SRNC. A terminal user uses the HSPA business at maximum.
