Эффективность оптимизации рационов лактирующих коров кулундинского типа по сахаро-протеиновому соотношению

2012
Typical cattle diets in the Kulunda biogeochemical province differ not only in the mineral composition of forage plants, but also in the ratio of essential nutrients carbohydrates and proteins. In the studied area lactating cows suffer the deficiency of protein and digestible carbohydrates, while the balancing of their diets to provide the missing nutrients by means of the locally produced forages is not always possible. The research objectives included the study of the effectiveness of diets optimization of lactating cows of new Kulunda intra-breed type of red steppe breed in the area of their breeding. It is revealed that the use of protein-mineral-vitamin supplements in the combination with protein supplement "Belkoff M" and liquid polysaccharides allows normalizing the sugar-protein ratio of the diets, and bringing their values to 1:1; consequently the milk yield increased by 7.9-12.7%, butterfat content increased by 0.04-0.08% and protein content by 0.16-0.21%.
