Dermal toxicity of nickel and chromium in guinea pigs.

: Liver and kidney enzyme activities and blood glucose and hemoglobin increased after 15 or 30 d of dermal exposure to nickel and chromium. Concentration of nickel and chromium increased in tissues. The changes were related to the duration of exposure.
