Research on the Correlation between Sci-Tech Investment and Industrial Economic Growth Based on Genetic Algorithm

The rapid development of modern Sci-Tech has strongly promoted the economic growth. In recent years, China's Sci-Tech undertakings have developed rapidly, and its innovation ability has been greatly improved. It has played an significant supporting and leading part stabilizing growth, adjusting structure, changing mode and benefiting people's livelihood, and has made great contributions to China's economic growth. According to the statistical data of H province from 2010 to 2018, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the correlation between Sci-Tech investment and industrial economic growth in H province by using a correlation analysis method based on genetic algorithm. The results display that Sci-Tech investment and economic growth have extremely important pushing action. R&D expenditure, Sci-Tech personnel and local financial allocation have different roles in promoting economic growth, and the investment of Sci-Tech personnel has a greater role in promoting economic development in H province. R&D personnel in enterprises, scientific research institutions and universities have strong correlation with economic growth. Finally, according to the above conclusions, some suggestions are put forward for future investment in Sci-Tech in H province.
