The invention discloses a diamond composite material with a diamond composite material. The diamond composite material with the diamond composite material consists of the tin titanium carbide binding agent and a diamond, wherein the volume percentage of the tin titanium carbide binding agent is 70-90 percent. Compared with other ceramics (TiC, SiC) with high melting points, the tin titanium carbide (Ti2SnC) has lower melting points (1250 DEG C). According to the diamond composite material, the Ti2SnC material with low melting points and excellent performance is used as the binding agent, so that the diamond composite material with a diamond composite material is prepared at the actual industrial preparation temperature (less than or equal to 1,000 DEG C) by optimizing the preparation process; and therefore, the progress and the application of the novel ceramic binding agent are greatly propelled, and the diamond composite material with the diamond composite material has the wide application prospect.
