Procedure for the simultaneous detection of nucleic acid sequences through the use of polisondas.

2004
Procedure for the simultaneous detection of nucleic acid sequences through the use of polyisondas. The patent consists in the use of a polyison for the detection of a variable number of nucleotide sequences, by molecular hybridization. The system involves the tandem cloning of several different genomic fragments in the same plasmid vector which allows the synthesis in the same transcription reaction of a single RNA or DNA probe. The invention brings together, on the one hand, the sensitivity that molecular hybridization confers and on the other, it allows to reduce the costs and the time necessary for carrying out the analyzes. It is mainly applicable in the field of Phytodiagnostics and in the detection of genetically modified organisms.
