The role of physical culture in students' spiritual-moral relations development is considered. The trend of the problem in past, present and future for world view formation at students' youth is disclosed. A number of foreign and domestic scientists researched this problem and problem of education in physical culture and sport sphere in Russia. Developing the model of spiritual-moral relations development of future specialists by means of physical culture, the base of it was the social necessity in healthy and harmonically developed specialists and also in self-understanding and physical self-improvement to the cognition of surrounded people. The psychological-pedagogical conditions of effective realization of development model of spiritual;-moral relations of students by means of physical culture are enumerated: by Approvement of spiritual-moral relations in educational process of physical culture; adequacy of knowledge, feelings and behavior identical to human values; reflex-perception exchange of spiritual and moral information: interiorization and exteriorization. At development of model the base was on modern philosophical, psychological and pedagogical methodological principles. Model of spiritual-moral relations development of future specialist by means of physical culture is presented. Short characteristics of its components including structure of psychological and pedagogical interaction of subjects of educational process at physical culture allowing raise the level of spiritual-moral relations of student is presented. When modeling the spiritual-moral relations the assessment of its formation was realized by three levels of development (high, middle, low). The psycho-diagnostic methods of determination of these levels at each component are considered. Realization of developed at the base of psychological-pedagogical project model in comprehensive and higher institutions showed its effectiveness
