Identifikasi dengan Menggunakan Algoritma K Means pada Plat Kendaraan. ( Identification with K Means Algorithm on Plate Number of Vehicle)

Identification is a learning process that uses K-Means Algorithm whereas it is data grouping in a several levels. Each level (group) has its own character. To differentiate a certain group with the other is based on similiarity. Then it will produces a cluster. In this research, author design a program which base a K-Means algorithm, and uses Matlab as a langguage program. The research running on where a image which number and character in it is identified with the program. The result is about kwality of a output PNSR.In this research, the PNSR is 90%.
