The present invention discloses a complex pesticidal composition containing picloram or a salt thereof, an active ingredient comprising a component I and component II, component I is the picloram, or a salt thereof, according to component II is oxazole saflufenacil, saflufenacil, carfentrazone-one, topramezone, bis florasulam, flucarbazone, clodinafop-propargyl or oxazolyl dichlormid, the components I and component II weight ratio is 60: 1-1: 60. The present invention also discloses a suitable formulation for agricultural use obtained by the above composition was prepared and applied on weed control. Complex agricultural chemical composition containing picloram present invention has obvious synergistic effect, to achieve the prevention and broad-leaved weeds and annual grass weeds while reducing the amount of administration, reduce medication farmers and the burden of environmental pollution, and has broad prospects for development and promotion.
