Surface tension of lysozyme mixtures with dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide and sodium dodecylsulfate at water/air and water/octane interfaces

The effect of the concentration and composition of lysozyme-surfactant (cationic dodecyltrim-ethylammonium bromide and anionic sodium dodecylsulfate) mixtures on the surface tension at aqueous solution/air and aqueous solution/octane interphases is studied. It is established that the shape of surface tension isotherms for the mixed solutions depends on the character of interactions between the protein and surfactants.
