Water jet deburring and surface finishing apparatus

The invention relates to a deburring apparatus, specifically to a water jet deburring and surface finishing apparatus. The water jet deburring and surface finishing apparatus comprises a collecting box arranged in a protective cover; the side surface of the collecting box is provided with a filter and an oil-water separator; the top surface of the collecting box is fixedly provided with a machining center execution mechanism; a central water outlet main shaft device is fixed on the top crossbeam of the machining center execution mechanism; a high pressure water generating device with a surface-mounted pressure regulator is connected with a rotary joint at the upper end of the central water outlet main shaft device through a high pressure pipeline; the lower end of the central water outlet main shaft device is connected with a high pressure water jet nozzle; and the top of the protective cover is provided with a mist arrester, and the mist arresting port of the mist arrester is arranged to be correspond to a cleaning station of the high pressure water jet nozzle. The water jet deburring and surface finishing apparatus can highly efficiently and reliably remove burrs of machined parts and carries out cleaning and surface finishing on the parts at the same time.
