전자적 일상생활 기기(EADL)가 일상생활에 미치는 영향에 대한 체계적 고찰

2021
Objective: This study systematically reviews the impact of Electronic Aid to Daily Living (EADL) on activities of daily living and provides a useful foundation for establishing intervention strategies for local occupational therapists. Methods: Using the Riss, EMbase, NDSL, and Web of Science databases, we searched for EADL in Journals from January 2001 to December 2020. The quality of the study was evaluated using the Critical Evaluation Technology Program (CASP) checklist. Quantitative studies were conducted to analyze the features, dependent variables, and evaluation methods of intervention programs, and qualitative studies incorporated the experience of EADL users into a meta-synthesis. Results: Among the nine papers selected, five were quantitative studies, three were qualitative studies, and one was an integrated study combining quantitative and qualitative studies. The EADL client showed the most spinal cord injuries, and was applied to kitchens, bedrooms, toilets, living rooms, and front doors. Dependent variables were the most frequent factors in activities of daily life. The experience of EADL users has been shown in three synthetic themes: 1) hassles caused by EADL, 2) adaptation to EADL, and 3) air-like EADL. Conclusion: EADL is an effective intervention strategy based on improvements in daily life, an improved quality of life, and high user satisfaction among physically constrained disabled and elderly people. To apply EADL to the standard of living functions of various clients, from hospitals to communities, the role of occupational therapists is important and is expected to be used as basic data for establishing a domestic institutional framework.
