The invention discloses a method and a device for generating FDA radar transmission signals and an FDA radar. The FDA radar comprises a plurality of array elements arranged in a line. The method comprises the steps of setting a reference frequency and a frequency increment; adopting the reference frequency as a transmission signal frequency for an array element positioned right in the middle of the line; according to the reference frequency and the frequency increment, figuring out a transmission signal frequency for each array element positioned on the left of the above array element right in the middle of the line in the linear increasing manner; according to the reference frequency and the frequency increment, figuring out a transmission signal frequency for each array element positioned on the right of the above array element right in the middle of the line in the linear increasing manner; according to the transmission signal frequencies, generating transmission signals at corresponding array elements, and overlaying the signals to obtain FDA radar transmission signals.
