Automatic tamping control system for filling stents

An automatic tamping control system for filling stents comprises a discharging mechanism, a material level detecting mechanism, a tamping mechanism and stent control devices, the stent control devices correspond to the filling stents one by one and are used for controlling action of oil cylinders of the filling stents, states of the filling stents and material level detection. The material level detecting mechanism comprises a material level detecting sensor, the material level detecting sensor determines whether materials are filled to the material level height by recognizing stacking states of the filled materials via a detecting device. The discharging mechanism is connected with the stent control device. The stent control devices control opening or closing of a discharging window to control discharging by detecting the material level states via the material level detecting mechanism. By the automatic tamping control system, falling, material level detection and tamping control are integrally controlled, automation control of the integral filling process is realized, work efficiency of the tamping mechanism is improved, and various control functions such as automatic tamping control for the single stent and tamping control of the group of the filling stents are realized.
