The invention discloses a weeding composition containing saflufenacil and application of the weeding composition. The weeding composition is characterized in that effective active ingredients comprise a first active ingredient of saflufenacil, a second active ingredient of glyphosate and a third active ingredient of HPPD (Hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase); the weight ratio of the saflufenacil to the glyphosate to the HPPD is (0.1 to 50) : (0.1 to 50) : (0.1 to 50). The composition can be prepared into agriculturally allowable aqueous solutions, suspending agents, suspoemulsions, dispersible oil suspension agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, granules and microcapsule suspension-suspension agents. The composition has the advantages that the components are reasonable, the weeding effect is good, and the activity and the weeding effect are not simple superposition of the activity all components; compared with the existing single preparation or binary compound preparation, not only is the weeding effect significant, but also the significant synergistic effect is achieved, the drug dosage is reduced, the weed control spectrum is increased, and the safety to crops is good.
