Healing Can Be Expected for Acute Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

It has been believed that acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury does not heal conservatively. We have performed conservative treatment with minimal surgery under arthroscopy for selected patients with acute ACL injury. The patients were followed up, and the results are presented here.
