[Ascites of the cerebrospinal fluid as a complication of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt: report of a case and a review of the literature].

: A case of hydrocephalus with Dandy-Walker malformation in a twelve-year-old girl is reported. The child developed ascites secondary to ventriculo-peritoneal shunting. We review 32 cases of CSF ascites reported in the literature, and discuss the etiology.
