Treatment of Newborn gastric esophagus recurrency (GER) by cisapriae and erythromycin

Objective:To observate therapeutic effect of cisapride and erythromycin on Newborn GER.Method:96 cases of newborn infants with feeding difficulty were randomly divided into 3 groups;A:Cisapride group with aduvins tration 0.1～0.2mg/kg;B:Erythromycin group 3～5mg/kg;C:Control group.Result:A and B show no significant difference,A?B and C show significant difference.Conclusion:Cisapride and Erythromycin are effective in treating newborn GER,and show no significant differences with each other.
