Method for preparing chain-terminal chlorinated polyethylene wax by using thermal degradation of ferric chloride

2011
A method for the preparation of the present invention disclosed in degrading chlorinated side chain polyethylene waxes heat ferric chloride, which is to press the mass ratio of 1:50 to 100 of anhydrous ferric chloride was added and mixed polyethylene pellets after the autoclave, nitrogen gas and then the pressure was raised to 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa, the temperature was raised to 200 ~ 210 ℃, turn and control the stirring rate is stirred is 50 ~ 80rpm; continue raising the temperature to 330 ~ 380 ℃ thermostat, and the following reaction 1MPa at a pressure of 1 ~ 6h, when the temperature was lowered to 190 ~ 200 ℃ stirring was stopped, when the temperature was lowered to 160 ~ 180 ℃, the melt was taken out, pulverized down to room temperature in air to give the product. Since the present invention is in the one-step anaerobic thermal degradation process embodiment, and thus only one step can be prepared polyethylene waxes chloride chain ends, the process is simple, short cycle, low cost, and the whole reaction process without any toxic emissions, a new process for the preparation of chlorinated polyethylene wax green.
