ВЛИЯНИЕ ЗАЩИТНОГО ПОКРЫТИЯ CR-CRC НА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ИЗНОСА ГАЗОАБРАЗИВНЫМ ПОТОКОМ ПЛОСКОЙ МИШЕНИ ИЗ СТАЛИ 20Х13 ПРИ УГЛЕ АТАКИ 30°

The aim of this study was to research the effect of Cr-CrC ion-plasma protective coating on the intensity of steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion. Studies of the failure dynamics and characteristics of the obtained coating (thickness, microhardness, composition, structure, etc.) were carried out with use of research equipment complex and the determination of the relative solid particle erosion resistance was carried out with use of specialized experimental rig. The studies revealed that at attack angle 30° and at sample surface temperature 550 °C Cr-CrC coating not less than 4 times increases steel X20Cr13 solid particle erosion resistance duration for the duration of the incubation period. The results of carried out tests can be used for further research of the solid particle erosion processes of various protective coatings which apply to protect elements of power equipment, oil and gas pipelines.
