The invention discloses a highly-calcium-carbonate-filled highly-resilient soft foamed polyethylene material. The highly-calcium-carbonate-filled highly-resilient soft foamed polyethylene material comprises, by mass, 15-20 parts of PE, 5-20 parts of an elastomer, 60-80 parts of modified calcium carbonate, 1-10 parts of a foaming agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of a cross-linking agent. A preparation method of the highly-calcium-carbonate-filled highly-resilient soft foamed polyethylene material is characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, drying calcium carbonate powder; 2, fully mixing the calcium carbonate powder obtained in step 1 with a coupling agent; 3, plasticating the PE and the elastomer in an open mill; 4, sequentially adding the modified calcium carbonate obtained in step 2, the foaming agent and the cross-linking agent into a system obtained in step 3, and mixing; and 5, carrying out one-time hot pressing foaming or two-time hot pressing foaming of a mixture obtained after the mixing.
