Clinical application anlysis on 175 cases of nasal endoscopy examination

Objective To explorethe clinical value of unsedated transnasal gastroscopy. Methods The vital signs,tolerance and biopsy data of 175 patients underwent unsedated transnasal gastroscopy in our hospital were analyzed. Results Among 175 cases, there were no discernible effect on patient' s heart rate, blood pressure and degree of blood oxygen saturation. All patients had good tolerance.175 examples by a complete review of cases (97.2%) with a complete look into the mirror,the 175 example,pathological and correspond to the performance of the 161 example (92.2%). Conclusion The unsedated transnasal gastroscopy can be performed in non-sedating situation ,and it is safe and feasible for the elder patients with difficulty in opening mouth or cardiac insufficiency, and for the patients scared of conventional endoscope. But the uncomfortable feel or bleeding of nasals is the insufficiency. Key words: N-sedating;  Transnasal gastroscopy;  Analysis
