Method for synthesizing liraglutide

The present invention provides a method for synthesizing liraglutide, comprising the steps of: obtaining a dipeptide fragment, a tripeptide fragment, a tetrapeptide fragment, and/or a pentapeptide fragment; obtaining Fmoc-Gly-resin; coupling the dipeptide fragment, the tripeptide fragment, the tetrapeptide fragment, and the pentapeptide fragment or a combination thereof to an amino acid and the Fmoc-Gly-resin, so as to obtain liraglutide resin; and performing side-chain modification and then pyrolysis, or directly performing pyrolysis, purifying, and freeze-drying, so as to obtain liraglutide.
