Creación de una spin off basada en herramientas tecnológicas: sector comercial de pinturas

Nowadays, companies are immersed in a highly competitive world market, faced with this, they seek positioning and sustainability strategies, where technological tools based on spin off are included. This being a mechanism that allows simulating situations. This work is based on providing painting services with the support of a technological tool as a simulator of environments that are related to the spin off. For which the objective was to carry out a feasibility study of the project. Therefore, it made a market study through the implementation of a survey applied to 207 people. Showing that 90.3 percent approve or prefer the professional service that will provide the venture, obtaining a demand of 117,024 services, supply with 18,062 services and potential demand of 98,962 services, this value has a capacity of 1.95 percent for the project. In the technical part, the location was determined in the parish in Ignacio Flores and the area is 142 m2. It was proposed organizational structure and description of the positions. As for the economic and financial study, an investment of USD 19,196.50 is required, where the software to generate environments is available. In the evaluation a positive NPV of USD 12,077.02 was obtained, IRR of 33.68 percent, PRI in 3 years 5 months and B/C of USD 1.25. It can be deduced that the project is feasible to implement.
