Una nueva especie del género Anthodromius L. Redtenbacher, 1850 de Valencia (Península Ibérica) (Coleoptera: Melyridae: Melyrinae: Cerallini).

Redtenbacher, 1850 recolectada en la provincia de Valencia, segundo representante del genero para la Peninsula Iberica. Genero con una amplia distribucion por el oeste asiatico y con solo dos representantes europeos, ambos del area peninsular iberica. Anthodromius bazi n. sp. ha de situarse entre las especies que no presentan coloracion metalica y muy alejada por sus caracteres morfologicos de su vecina geografica A. hispanicus (Kiesenwetter, 1872). Se representa el habitus del macho y la hembra, antenas, palpo maxilar y edeago de la nueva especie. EnglishA new species of Melyridae belonging to the genus Anthodromius L. Redtenbacher, 1850 collected in the province of Valencia, second representative of the genus for the Iberian Peninsula, is described. Genus with a wide distribution throughout West Asia and with only two European representatives, both from the Iberian peninsular area. Anthodromius bazi n. sp. has to be placed among the species that do not have metallic coloration and far away from their geographical neighbour A. hispanicus (Kiesenwetter, 1872) by its morphological characters. The habitus of the male and female, antennae, maxillary palps and aedeagus of the new species are represented.
