The invention provides a metal bellows which comprises a plurality of first dished wave plates (1) and a plurality of second dished wave plates (2). The first dished wave plates and the second dished wave plates are stacked at intervals, inner edges of the first dished wave plates are welded with inner edges of the second dished wave plates positioned below the first dished wave plates, and outer edges of the first dished wave plates are welded with outer edges of the second dished wave plates positioned above the first dished wave plates. By the aid of the metal bellows (6), the use ratio of the metal bellows from expansion to contraction, and cost is reduced. The invention further provides an oil conservator with the metal bellows (6).
