A newer surgical approach for patent vitello-intestinal duct anomalies

A newer, relatively quicker approach has been described for the treatment of patent VID. Its superior advantages over other approaches include better cosmetic results, is technically simpler and can be done using local anesthesia without an appreciable amount of blood loss.
