Clinical Analysis on Venous Thrombolytic Therapy in 27 Cerebral Infarction Patients at 7 to 12 Hours

2008
Objective To research the security and the effect of venous thrombolytic therapy in 27 cerebral infarction patients in pathogenesis of 7 to 12 hours. Methods The thrombolytic therapy between patients in pathogenesis of 7 to 12 hours and those within 6 hours, the effect between thronbolytic therapy and common therapy in infarction patients in pathogenesis of 7 to 12 hours were compared. Results In the thrombolytic therapy group within 6 hours, the effective rate was 80.5%,invalid rate was 11%,worsen rate was 8.3%,in the group 7 to 12 hours, the effective rate was 61.1%,uneffective rate was 16.6%,worsen rate was 22.2%,common therapy group, the effective rate was 19.2%,uneffective rate was 23%,worsen rate was 30.7%. Conclusion Thronbolytic therapy is secure and effective in infarction patients in pathogenesis of 7 to 12 hours and it is worthy to be extended.
