The Susceptibility Genes of Intracranial Aneurysm

Studies have shown that the susceptibility genes of intracranial aneurysm play a very important role in its pathogenesis. The article reviews the susceptibility genes that may be closely associated with intracranial aneurysms found in recent years. The confirmation of these genes is expected to provide the new train of thoughts for screen, diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
