Multiple-roll steel straightener

1988
The utility model relates to a multiple-roll steel straightener. Two motors are used for driving each drive roll in the synchronization together and are used for straightening the sectional steels and heavy rails. When the sectional steel with the heavy section, the heavy rails, and the rails with the high intensity are straightened, the torques of some drive rolls can happen the overload problem. The utility model adopts the novel design for rationally allocating the diameter of the roll rings and changing the drive roll of the maximum positive torque. The sectional steels with the heavy sections, the heavy rail, and rails with the high intensity can be straightened by the prior straightener, and the torque of the drive roll can not exceed the load.
