Multidrug resistance remains a major obstacle in the effective treatment of metastatic breast cancer. One mechanism by which multidrug resistance is conferred is the decreased intracellular drug accumulation due to the upregulation of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. We have previously d
