Research on Financing of Medium-sized and Small Enterprises of Changzhou

Through analyzing the current situation of financing of medium-sized and small enterprises,the article has put forward some suggestions with stronger feasibility from three aspects of enterprise's self,state policies,and innovative financing mode.It can offer important help for improving financing management level and scientific decision ability of small and medium-sized enterprises of both Changzhou and the whole country,offering the scientific basis for the government to make the relevant policy.
