The invention provides an isolating method for hot isostatic pressing diffusion welding. The method comprises the following steps: placing a plurality of specially structured bimetal combined components in a same sheath, and then simultaneously welding in the manner of hot isostatic pressing diffusion welding, and finally removing the sheath, wherein the specially structured bimetal combined components arranged in the same sheath are stacked up and down; a layer of isolated oxidized stainless steel sheet is arranged between every two adjacent specially structured bimetal combined components; a layer of isolated oxidized stainless steel sheet is also arranged between a top cover of the sheath and the upper surface of a top specially structured bimetal combined component; and a layer of isolated oxidized stainless steel sheet is also arranged between a bottom cover of the sheath and the lower surface of a bottom specially structured bimetal combined component. According to the isolatingmethod, the oxidized stainless steel sheets are used as isolating materials for performing the hot isostatic pressing diffusion welding, therefore the separation of welding pieces and the operation of the welding pieces and the sheath can be realized easily after welding under a condition of ensuring welding quality; the completeness of the welding pieces is ensured and the welding quality is improved.
