Immunoenzyme analysis and complement fixation test used for detection of antibodies to neuraminidase in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

: Enzyme immunoassay and complement consumption test may be used to detect anti-enzyme antibodies. The availability and informative value of these tests reccomend them for practical medicine to be used in follow-up of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
