Vectors for treating Alzheimer's disease

The present invention provides for the efficient induction of an anti-Aβ antibodies and methods for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Fusion protein through the administration of an RNA viral vector expressing Aβ AB5 toxin B subunit and peptide antigens, and successfully induce very high efficiency anti-Aβ antibodies. By administration of the vector, the anti-A [beta] antibody plasma significantly increased, and the amount of area occupied by anti-A [beta] antibodies decreases A [beta] in brain tissue. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease for the purpose of efficient gene therapy vaccines.
