The spring operating mechanism comprises a main machine case, a closing unit, an opening unit and an output shaft assembly. The spring operating mechanism is characterized in that the closing unit, the opening unit and the output shaft assembly are respectively independently assembled into a modular unit component, and fixed on the corresponding position of the case body; an output shaft of an energy storage motor of the closing unit is provided with a driving gear wheel which is engaged with a reversing gear wheel; the reversing gear wheel is engaged with a large gear wheel of an energy storage camshaft; and the energy storage camshaft drives an energy storage crank arm fixed at the end of the energy storage camshaft to make a closing spring stretch to store energy. The component adopts the modular split structure, has reasonable layout, maintain the advantage of production serialization of the traditional spring operating mechanism, makes the power stably and reliably transmit, and furthermore is convenient to install, debug and maintain, and obviously enhance the use property.
