Ferritin Düzeyi Normal Olan Erişkin Still Hastaliği Olgusu An Adult Onset Still's Disease with Normal Ferritin Level

2014
Summary Adult-onset Still’s disease is a rare inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. Its main features are high fever, rash, polyarthralgia, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, leukocytosis and elevated liver enzymes, high erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and ferritin. High levels of ferritin are commonly observed in Adult onset Still’s Disease, but ferritin levels were found to be normal in our patient. We diagnosed iron deficiency anemia as a result of further evaluation. For this reason, we thought ferritin levels were normal. We presented this case because of its rarity in the literature.
