The present invention discloses a method of preparing and bone meal sauce fermentation, the fermentation sauce prepared from bone by way of the first fermentation hydrolysis, to mixed fermentation of both drop poultry bone degrading enzyme proteins, polysaccharides, osteocalcin sufficiently separated so that, with the role of amino acids form soluble calcium, promoting absorption and utilization of calcium, and increases the content of soluble protein. In order to develop a fermented sauce bone meal, not only nutritious, rich in protein, collagen peptides, amino acids, nucleotides, polysaccharides and minerals, and taste full bodied, rich sauce, fragrant lasting, natural flavor , easy to carry and store.
