The encoder makes a second data to be programmed to a memory cell by logically calculating a first data inputted for program and data set according to the word lines. A decoder(384) makes the first data by logically calculating the set data and the second data read from the memory cell. A storing part(382) stores the set data according to each word line address. A random data generator(381) generates '1' or '0' for the set data. The set data is set according to the word line.
