Cross-Fit 운동프로그램이 비만 여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

2018
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of body composition, blood lipids and insulin resistance for 8 weeks c ross-fit exercise program. The P articipants are obese women b etween 3 5 and 45 years old with a body fat percentage of over 30%. They were randomly assigned to exercise group(n=8) and control groups(n=8). They agreed to all the experimental procedures and voluntarily participated in the exercise program. During the exercise period, dietary habits could not be controlled except for participation in exercise. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the change of body composition, the exercise group participating in the cross-fit exercise program decreased significantly in body weight and body fat percentage, and showed a positive effect by increasing lean body mass. Second, in the change of blood lipids, the exercise group participating in the cross-fit exercise program decreased TC, TG and LDL-C, but there was no statistically significant difference in TC. Third in the change of insulin resistance, the exercise group participating in the cross-fit exercise program, insulin levels were not significantly different, but the levels of glucose and HOMA-Index decreased significantly different. As a result, the cross-fit exercise program is an effective way to treat obesity in obese women and is thought to have a positive effect on the risk factors that can cause metabolic chronic diseases related to obesity.
